ON SALE & PURCHASE
Fees from each party (i.e. Seller and Buyer) separately on total sale consideration, simultaneously, in the proportion in which payment is made by the Buyer to the Seller.
ON RENTAL BASIS
Equivalent to one month rent (in any name whatsoever) from each party separately at the time of signing the Lease Deed.
Fees of the total market value of the land as on the date of Agreement (considered as base price) from each party ( i.e. owner and contractor) separately of the time of signing the Collaboration Agreement.
KINDLY NOTE THAT
In case Appropriate Authority decides to purchase the property in question, then Tatabata properties, shall be paid Buyer’s share of their professional charges directly by the Appropriate Authority where as seller shall pay his/its share as mentioned above.
Tatabata properties, shall also be involved in the additional area taken by the same tenant/buyer in property belonging to the same owner, subsequent to initial Lease/Agreement and shall be paid their professional charges by both thee parties accordingly.
